Reviews on Find Mortgage Agent are written by borrowers from their own borrower account. To review an agent, you must have actually contacted that agent — a review can only be submitted for an agent you have a real enquiry (lead) with through Find Mortgage Agent. Reviews must be honest, based on your own first-hand experience, and written by you.
A review tagged Verified Lead means our records show a real enquiry from that reviewer to that agent through Find Mortgage Agent before the review was written. The tag is applied automatically from our own lead records — it is never granted on request, on trust, or for payment. It does not mean we have verified the accuracy of what the review says, and it is not an endorsement of the agent or the reviewer.
Agent profiles may also show ratings and reviews sourced live from Google, clearly attributed to Google. We do not write, edit, store, or moderate Google's content — concerns about a Google review must be raised with Google through their own reporting tools.
A review (or any other content you submit) must not:
We do not review every submission before it appears, and we do not edit the substance of reviews. We moderate on a notice-and-takedown basis: when content is reported to us, we review the complaint promptly and remove, annotate, or keep the content as appropriate. We may also act on our own initiative against content that breaches the rules above. We do not remove a review merely because it is negative, and we never remove or suppress reviews in exchange for payment.
If you believe a review or other content on Find Mortgage Agent is fake, defamatory, or breaks these rules — whether you are the reviewed agent, the reviewer, or anyone else — email support@superkreatives.com with:
We acknowledge complaints within 5 business days and aim to resolve them promptly. While we investigate, content may be temporarily hidden where the complaint is credible and the potential harm is serious. As part of an investigation we may ask either side for supporting information — for example, evidence that the interaction the review describes actually took place — and may remove a review whose author cannot reasonably substantiate it when asked. If we remove a review you wrote, we will tell you why if you ask. If a complaint involves a legal claim (for example, defamation), we may ask for further particulars, and either party can pursue the matter directly with the other — reviewers remain responsible for what they write.
Submitting fake reviews, incentivizing reviews, or repeatedly breaching this policy can lead to content removal, loss of review privileges, suspension or removal of a listing (for agents), and account termination under our Terms of Service. Fake or misleading reviews may also violate the federal Competition Act— that liability is the author's own.
This policy works together with our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Agent Policy.
