What we've built for accessibility
- Every public page is server-rendered HTML — content is present without JavaScript, not injected after load;
- semantic headings, landmarks, and labelled navigation throughout;
- colour tokens chosen to meet WCAG AA contrast on text and interactive elements;
- forms with visible labels, described errors, and status updates announced to screen readers (live regions);
- keyboard-reachable interactive controls, including the search filters and Connect form; and
- a layout that reflows for zoom and small screens (mobile-first, no horizontal scrolling of page content).
Known limitations
- The interactive results map is provided by Google Maps, whose internal accessibility we don't control — every agent shown on the map is also always available in the accessible list beside it, so no information or action is map-only;
- some agent-uploaded photos may lack meaningful alternative text where an agent didn't provide a description; and
- we have not yet completed a third-party accessibility audit — that's planned as the directory grows.

We aim to respond within 5 business days and to fix reported barriers promptly. If you prefer to reach an agent without using the website at all, every agent profile lists the agent's own email and phone contact details.
