As first-time homebuyers, we didn’t know much about mortgages at all. Danny was an incredible mortgage broker. He was super knowledgeable, patient, and always available to help. One of the things we really appreciated was how thorough he was when it came to helping us understand our options. He didn’t just tell us what we could afford, but he actually built out detailed spreadsheets comparing different home prices and down payment combinations that were all within our budget.
